透明隔中枢神经系统肿瘤的影像诊断
摘要
起源于透明隔的肿瘤由于周围脑拳为肿瘤生长提供了空间，加之透明隔无特异的功能，临床上不易早期发现。当肿瘤体积较大时，与周围结构粘连，给判断肿瘤的起始部位和手术治疗增加了难度。笔者通过分析透明隔肿瘤的临床与影像学特征，旨在为临床医师提供早期诊断的参考资料和提高对该区肿瘤的影像学认识。
