随着经济的发展、人口老龄化及疾病谱的转变,今天的骨科医师,不得不面对越来越多的老年创伤性骨折患者,尤其是患有多种慢性疾病的创伤性骨折患者,加之老年患者由于各器官系统所固有的生理老化现象,使得其创伤性骨折的发生、发展、治疗和转归都不同于一般的创伤性骨折,因此有必要阐述一下老年创伤性骨折的特点,以便更好的满足老年患者的需求,促进人口老龄化与老年骨科工作的协调发展。

Following the development of economy aging of population and disease compose change, doctor of orthopedics today have to face more and more old age wound fracture patients, especially having the various chronic disease wound fracture patients, physiology ageing phenomenon adding to the old age patients. Incidence, development and treatment of wound fracture of old patients differ the general wound fracture. So it is necessary, to tell the characteristic of wound fracture of old patients,in order to satisfy the needs of old patients and accelerate the orderly development of aging of population and work of aged orthopedics.
