摘要
在社会转型期,党和政府的少数民族干部政策面临着诸多新问题。完善与创新民族干部政策机制,对于保障少数民族权益,促进各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展有着重要的作用。
Base on an analysis of six new problems for the ethnic-minority cadres policy in social transformation, the author put forward six measures to perfect and innovate ethnic - minority cadres policy, which will play an important role in safeguarding rights and interests of ethnic minorities, promoting all ethnic groups to work together for common prosperity and development.
