摘要
通过对各种温控装置(蒸汽直接加热非循环型、蒸汽直接加热循环型、蒸汽间接加热循环型、电加热直接冷却开放式、电加热直接冷却封闭式、电加热间接冷却封闭式)工作原理的分析,阐明了温控装置发展的主要历程、动力和规律,进而阐述了橡胶工业热水循环温控装置的技术进步。本文在橡胶企业对温控装置的选型方面有重要帮助,同时,对进一步宣传推广热水循环温控技术对节能降耗有重大意义。
Based on the analysis of the working principle for a variety of temperature control unit (noncyclic type direct steam heating, cyclic-type direct steam heating, cycle-type indirect steam heating, open-type direct electric heating cooling, closed-type direct electric heating and cooling, closed-type indirect electric heating and cooling), illustrated the main course, power and law of the development of temperature control devices, thus expounded the technical progress of hot water circulating temperature control device. This paper provided an important assistance of the selection of temperature control device for rubber enterprices, while it had great significance for further promoting the energy-saving of hot water circulating temperature-controlled technology.
