摘要
针对影响影响炮兵精确打击指挥信息系统作战效能的各种因素,建立指标体系,运用模糊综合评判方法,建立炮兵精确打击指挥信息系统作战效能的分析模型,给出在复杂电磁环境下炮兵精确打击指挥信息系统作战效能评估方法,为今后炮兵精确打击指挥信息系统的使用提供一定的参考。
