摘要
针对目前故障诊断中故障数据样本获取及特征提取困难的问题,分析了液压调节器的4种典型故障,建立了基于支持向量机的多类故障分类器,并直接将少量的时间序列信号作为分类器的输入。实验结果表明,在小样本情况下,不必对信号预处理以提取特征,该分类器便可实现液压调节器的多类故障分类,证明该方法是有效、可行的。
Aiming at difficulties of obtaining fault data samples and extracting features, this paper constructs a muhi-fauh classifier with respect to four kinds of typical faults of the hydraulic regulator based on the SVM, and a small quantity of fault data samples in time domain are input to the classifier. The experimental results show that this classifier can diagnose the types of hydraulic regulator's faults without signal preprocessing, and this method proves efficient and feasible.
