日本“MIDORI”模式对华南现代都市生态农业发展的启示

Introduction of MIDORI Ecological Agriculture Model of Japan and Its Enlightenment on Modern Ecological Agriculture Development on the Southern China

通过对日本农业与农村的实地考察与研究,结合我国生态农业发展实际,首次介绍了日本从2005年开始出现的MIDORI生态农业模式——水土宜居家园,阐述其产生的背景、内涵及特征。这一生态农业模式的特点与启示是:科学的国土资源保护、水土资源精细利用、有效的城乡互动和生态观光农业发展。我国华南沿海地区在自然地理上与之相近,经济也较发达,可以借鉴日本MIDORI成功经验,发展生态农业,加快传统农业向现代农业过渡与社会主义新农村建设。

MIDORI ecological agriculture model of Japan （Eco-residential Houses of Natural Environment） means greenery homeland with harmonious ecological relationship among land, water resources and human. In recent years, it comes out, which is introduced according to field investigation in Japan agriculture and rural area, and take consideration of actual conditions of ecological agriculture development in our country. The background, function and characteristic of this model are explored. The characteristics and references of the model are as follows. （1） scientific protection of land resources; （2） soil and water resource is made most use of; （3） effective rural-urban interaction; （4） sightseeing agriculture development. We can use the successful MIDORI experiences for reference in agricultural development on the coastal southern China because of its similar physical geographic conditions and economic level. It is a favorable chance to support us to develop ecological agriculture, quicken up paces to make the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and accelerate on building a new socialist countryside.
