摘要
科层组织化教育体制在一定程度上保障了教学进度和教学质量,但不可回避地造成教师自主性的缺失。对教育体制科层组织化的表现及科层制管理对教师教学的影响进行了阐释,探求在科层组织管理的规约中弘扬教师教学的自主性,以期为教师的专业化发展提供建议。
Bureaucratic education system could to some extent assure the proceeding and the quality of teaching, however, it would also inevitably cause the loss of the teachers' initiative. Through analyzing the forms of bureaucratic education system and its impact on teaching, this paper is aimed at finding out ways to overcome the restrictions imposed by bureaucratic system in order to stimulate the teachers'teaching initiative and propose some suggestions for the specialization development of the teachers.
