从社会性别视角考察日本的农业政策

Assessment of agricultural policies in Japan from the gender perspective

以日本农村女性和农业政策为研究对象,从社会性别视角考察日本农业政策的变化,指出随着女性在农业生产中发挥着越来越重要的实际作用,随着日本国内外政治经济环境的变化,日本的农业政策从偏向于男性向重视女性的方向调整,从政策的高度突出了社会性别平等意识。我国应借鉴日本的经验,把社会性别主流化作为实现农村社会男女平等的手段,在构建农村社会政策体系基本框架的同时进一步完善农村女性的发展环境。

This paper, focusing on rural women of Japan and agricultural policies, investigates the changes of agricultural policies from gender perspective, which shows that, with the increasing important roles of women in agrieuhural activities and the changes of political and economic environment ,Japan＇s agricultural policies are adjusted from policies in favour of men to paying more attention to women. Changes in Japan＇s agricultural policies highlight the awareness of gender equality. We should learn from Japan＇s experience, take the gender mainstreaming as a policy instrument to achieve the goal of sexual equality in rural areas, meanwhile, construct the basic framework of rural social policy system and perfect the environment for the development of rural women.
