摘要
设计的基于图像处理技术的离合器从动盘质量的在线检测系统,利用2个数字摄像机,检测离合器从动盘的铆合质量和水平度的摆差,该方法系统硬件简单,可以在线实时检测。论文给出了系统的总体结构设计,详细介绍了图像处理算法和实验结果。该系统可以检测直径160mm-430mm的离合器从动盘,分辨率能达到0.1mm。实验表明该方法硬件简单,算法能够实时化,可以用于工业现场完成多种零件的在线质量检测。
This article designs an online quality detection system for clutch driven plate based on image processing, which detects the riveting quality and nonparallelism by using two digital video cameras. This system has advantages of simple hardware and can make on-line real-time detection. It presents the overall structure design and introduces in detail the image processing algorithms and experi- mental results. This system can measure clutch driven plates with dian^eters from 160ram to 430mm, the resolution can be up to 0. 1 mm. The experiments show that the method has simple hardware and real time detection, it can be used in industrial fields for online quality detecting varieties of parts.
