摘要
二千多年来的儒学中庸思想奠定了中国教育体制的静态行为和保守倾向,孕育了人的不求进取,泯灭个性的惰性,其强调的三纲五常在教育体制上表现为无视人的个性、不科学、不民主、摇迫式的刚性管理模式,制度化了的高校教育与激进化的现代化进程在很大程度上迥异甚至相悖,强调学生学习自我效能和教师工作自我效能的柔性管理模式势在必然。
Influenced by 2000 years of confucian doctrine, especially the three cardinal guides and the five constant virtues, the traditional Chinese education system goes against modernization process by forcing a rigid, frozen, unscientific as well as undemocratic management model. Therefore, innovation and reform should be carried for a flexible management model which emphasizes self-efficacy.
