人本主义思想在现代管理学中已被广泛采用。本文着重探讨了在外籍教师管理实践中如何应用人本主义理念,充分激发外籍教师的主动性和创造性,从而提高外籍教师的使用和管理效能,更好地为高校外语教学服务。

Humanistic concept has been widely applied in modern, dministration. This paper mainly discusses the ways of using hu- manistic concept in the management practice of foreign teachers and stimulating their initiative and creativity so as to improve the efficacy of foreign teachers and to provide the best service for foreign language teaching.
