摘要
利用可靠性理论对单向离合器寿命短、过早失效进行了定量分析。发现其主要原因是离合器系统可靠度低，且串联系统中有薄弱环节。同时提出了改善产品质量的可行性方案。
In this paper, making use rliability theory holds quantitative analysis for clutch short life and premature failure. Main cause being clutch system degree of reliability being low and in series system hasing tink link is discovered. In the meantime feasible scheme of improving product quality is advanced.
