The study of this article focuses on a special product category—fashion products.By studying the characters of fashion products and the challenges of their traditional supply chain,a right supply chain strategy has been identified.Meanwhile,a case study has been quoted in this article to elaborate the details of the supply chain strategy and its operations that help the company succeed.
