A Research on the Method to Raise the Supply Chain's Resilient

通过分析供应链风险产生的原因,企业可以通过提高供应链的柔性去降低供应链风险。有两种途径来达到这个目标:一是通过相关的措施来降低脆弱性;二是通过企业有效的反应来降低冲击产生的影响,从断裂中迅速恢复过来。

By analyzing the factors which would induce the crisises of supplychain,we think that the enterprise can reduce the risk by improving the resilience of the supply chain.There are two approachs to achieve the aim.First,enterprise can take some measures to reduce the frangibility,such as minimizing the possibility of confliction,developing safety cooperation and so on.Second,the enterprise can reduce the impact and recover from the disruption by the company＇s efficient reactions.
