摘要
依据制定地区中长期发展规划的需要，建立了一个多目标动态投入产出优化模型，该模型包括６个目标，４类约束，并通过线性变换将各部门产出的增量作为决策变量，减小了模型求解规模。
According to the demands of making the medium and long term development plan of regional economy, the paper establishes a multiobjective and dynamic input output optimization model. The model contains 6 objects and 4 kinds constraints. We don't make each department's output but its increment as decision variable, and this linear transformation leads the model to a smaller solving scale.
