摘要
6M50空气-氢氮气联合压缩机由于设计、制造不合理等原因,造成一段缸使用中产生严重裂纹、支撑环磨损快、不能正常运行等问题。通过对注油孔结构、支撑环结构及装配方式等的改进和对裂纹的科学修复处理,达到了6M50联压机长周期稳定运行的理想效果。
Because of defects and unreasonable design and manufacture process the serious cracks were created in first cylinder of air-syngas co-compressor of model 6M50 that caused support ring rapidly worn off,affected the compressor steady running.Through improving the structure and assembly method of support ring and scientificly repairing the cracks,the compressor has realized the steady running.
