摘要
利用扫描电镜、FTIR红外光谱仪、X光衍射仪、TG-DTA分析仪、单丝强力机等仪器对雄蚕丝的结构和性能进行了研究,并将它与普通雌雄复合丝进行对比。结果表明:雄蚕丝主要含有酰胺I、酰胺Ⅱ等基团,其构象主要是α-螺旋结构和β-折叠结构;跟普通蚕丝相比,雄蚕丝的结晶度、取向度、耐热性能、断裂强度都较高,但吸湿性能较低。
The structure and properties of male silk and normal silk were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Thermogravimetric and Differential Thermogravimetry Analysis (TG-DTA), single silk strength tester, etc. The results showed that the male silk mainly contain group of amide Ⅰ; amide Ⅱ, etc, their conformations were mainly α-helical structure and β-sheet structure. Compared with normal silk, male silk has higher crystallinity, orientation degree, heat resisting property and fracture strength, but the moisture absorption behavior was lower than normal silk.
