仿牛仔织物的设计与开发

Design and Development of Faux Jean Fabrics

在传统牛仔织物原有风格基础上,分别以棉纱、涤∕粘混纺竹节纱和涤∕棉混纺纱为经纱,通过变化经纱排列比以及织物组织,设计仿牛仔织物。结果表明,经纱排列对面料的整体效果有很大影响,选择合适的经纱排列比,可取得较好的性能与外观等设计效果。

Using cotton,polyester-viscose blended slubby yarn or polyester/cotton blended yarn as warp, a faux jean fabrics was designed through the change of warp arrangement and fabrics structure. The results showed that warp arrangement had great impact on fabrics＇ overall effect, the fabrics could achieve better performance and appearance via suitable warp arrangement.
