摘要
随着对产品质量的进一步要求,在产品研发阶段的投入比例已经向测试倾斜,许多国际知名企业中硬件测试人员的数量要远大于开发人员。本文阐述了硬件测试的一般流程以及硬件测试技术的种类,分析了硬件测试的级别。
With further requirements on product quality, the investment ratio during the product development phase is already tilted towards testing, and the number of testing personnel is much larger than that of developers in many well known international eompanies. This paper describes the general process of hardware testing and the types of hardware test technologies, and then analyzes the levels of hardware testing.
