MRI在乳腺癌钼靶误诊11例中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析乳腺癌钼靶误诊病例的MRI表现,探讨其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析病理确诊而钼靶误诊的11例乳腺癌的MRI表现,分析钼靶误诊原因及MRI表现特征。结果:钼靶误诊为乳腺增生6例,良性占位2例,阴性3例。MRI共发现10例误诊患者的13个病灶,另有1例误诊为增生性病灶,1个多发病灶未检出。结论:对于乳腺钼靶诊断困难的病例,MRI具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。
