反相高效液相色谱法测定止嗽扫痰丸中盐酸麻黄碱含量

Content Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Zhikesaotan Pills by RP-HPLC

目的建立测定止嗽扫痰丸中盐酸麻黄碱含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH为2.7)-乙腈(100∶5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为207nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.067～6.700μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1932347.79X-40425.66,r=1.0000(n=9);平均加样回收率为97.93%,RSD为2.99%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,为止嗽扫痰丸的质量评价提供了依据。

Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhikesaotan Pills, Methods The Kromasil C18 column （250mm ×4, 6 mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.2% triethylamine with pH 2.7 adjusted by phosphate-acetonirile （100：5）, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 207 nm. Results The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was proved to be linear in the range of 0.067 - 6. 700 μg, the regression equation was Y = 1 932 347.79 X-40 425.66, r = 1. 000 0（ n = 9）. The average recovery rate was 97.93%, RSD = 2.99% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is provided to be a simple and accurate way for the quality evaluation of Zhikesaotan Pills.
