摘要
立足福建省住房信贷管理的基本现状,分析影响住房信贷需求变化的主要因素,从银行、开发商、个人等方面探讨福建省住房信贷风险形成的基本途径。认为住房信贷是一把双刃剑,潜在风险不可忽视;化解风险需要对银行、开发商、个人进行全方位的风险管理。
Based on the current management of the housing credit in Fujian Province, the paper analyzes the main factors impacting the housing credit demand, and discusses the approaches to the risk of housing credit in Fujian Province from the perspeefives of banks, developers and individuals. The paper takes the housing credit as a double -edged sword, whose potential risks should not be neglected. To eliminate these risks requires a comprehensive risk management of banks, developers and individuals.
