河源市水资源利用中存在的问题及对策

The Problem and Countermeasure in Using Water Resources in Heyuan City

河源市水资源丰富,但已出现污染、浪费和水土流失现象。保护水资源应做好体制、宣传、目标、管理和机制等方面的工作。对水资源利用问题的合理建议与应对措施,将对河源市水资源合理利用和保护以及实现经济发展目标起到积极作用。

Though Heyuan has abundant water resources,the phenomenon of pollution, waste and soil erosion is emerging. The paper propose that we should do well in the following aspects, like system, publicity, goals, management and mechanism, in order to protect water resources. The reasonable suggestions and corresponding measures to the problem of water resource will play a positive role to rational use and protection of water resource and economic development objectives in Heyuan city.
