摘要
图书馆作为地方高校的重要组成部分,与师资、教学设施并称为现代大学三大支柱。地方高校图书馆人力资源管理系列问题的存在,制约其作用的充分发挥。引入"以人为本"战略人力资源管理理念,并建立权限模式下的第四级或更高级别的地方高校图书馆人力资源管理模式,将有助于解决该问题。
Libraries as an important component of local universities, with teachers, teaching facilities are known as the three pillars of the modern university. Problems in library human resource management in Local University restrict the full play of their role. The problem will be solved by introducing the "people - oriented" concept of strategic human resource management and establishing human resources management model under the access mode with the fourth grade or a higher level in local university library.
