摘要
美国犹他州立大学开放课件项目宣布因经费短缺而停止实施的事件,对开放教育资源领域的理论研究和实践探索发出了警示。因此要理性认识开放教育资源在发展中面临的机遇和挑战,要高度重视有关项目可持续发展的能力建设。将项目与机构的发展战略深度整合,寻求基于公共知识产品的多元资金支持,探索更加经济的开放共享模式,对致力于推动终身教育和开放学习的远程教育机构具有多方面的积极借鉴意义。
The recent closure of Utah State University's Open Courseware project due to fund shortage is an alert to theoretical researches and practical explorations of open education resources. Therefore,it is necessary to rationally understand the opportunities and challenges during the development of open education resources,and attach great importance to the sustainable development capacity of relevant projects. It is also of referential significance for distance education institutes dedicated to lifelong education and open learning to deeply integrate projects with their development strategies,seek for various financial support for public knowledge products and explore more economic open and sharing modes.
