成都市全民终身教育网络建设构想

A Conception for the Construction of Chengdu's Lifelong-Learning-for-All Network

为统筹城乡和创建学习型城市的发展战略,成都市全民终身教育网络将为成都市民提供终身学习的数字化学习资源、良好的学习条件、便捷的学习途径和完善的学习支持服务,帮助市民实现终身学习的理想。课题组围绕构建成都市全民终身教育网络,探求组织网(人网)、互联网(地网)、广播电视网(天网)"三网合一"的终身教育服务体系建设思路,勾画了一个体系、一个平台、一个资源中心、一套管理机制的建设方案。

Chengdu's Lifelong-Learning-for-All Network,which is still in construction,will provide learners in Chengdu with digital learning resources,good learning conditions,convenient channels and ideal support services,in order to help them realize the lifelong learning dream. To build such a network,we follow the concept of integration of three networks-the organization network (the human network),the Internet (the land network) and the Radio and TV network (the sky network),and make a draft that includes a network,a platform,a resource center and a management mechanism.
