摘要
选用Fluent软件的轻质可燃气体受障碍物阻挡的高速喷射扩散模型,对某天然气站内带喷射的天然气燃烧进行研究和计算,得出燃烧温度、热辐射通量、氧和二氧化碳浓度分布图,结果表明燃烧造成的高温区基本和喷射主气流区重合,如果发生火灾,门站的设备将全部损坏,并造成人员死亡。该结果可为企业设置进站截断阀与调压装置之间的最小距离提供依据。
By using Fluent software with its high-speed jet model for light combustible gas by obstruction, this paper made the research and calculation of the combustion of natural gas with jet inside a natural gas station, and obtained the distribution maps for combustion temperature, for thermal radiation flux and for oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration. The results showed that high-temperature zones caused by com- bustion coincide with the main jet flow zones and that, if a fire breaks out, all the equipment of the gate station will be damaged and people will die. These results can provide the proof for the enterprise to set up the minimum distance between the cut-off valve and regulator device.
