摘要 机-脑接口的一个具体应用是对睡眠的监测和控制。研究发展一种无干扰、不唤醒监测和控制"醒→睡过渡过程"中那些妨碍入睡思维活动的方法。基于VxWorks实时操作系统和ARM微处理器的"微型手腕式嵌入式计算机",可产生刺激信号,控制、测量、记录、处理使用者的应答信息,分析脑的状态。由于它的微小结构(含传感器)及其与环境的独立性,保证了使用者无干扰。利用"非限定微行为反应技术",保证了使用者无唤醒。该方法可将入睡潜伏期测量的精度从十几分钟提高到6 s左右,并在小样本实验中有效控制了"醒→睡过渡过程"中那些妨碍入睡的思维活动,显著缩短了入睡时间。为中断那些讨厌的干扰性思维和过多不能控制的焦虑提供了一种新途径。 The application of computer- brain interface is monitoring and controlling sleep. A non - interference and non - wake up solution to detect and interrupt some unwanted thoughts which extend the transition from waking to sleeping is developed and researched. Based on Vxworks real - time operating system and mini wrist - watch embedded computer of ARM processor,stimulus signal can be produced, the users' response information can be controlled, measured, recorded and processed, the brain state can be analysed. Using non - restriction and micro - action detection technique, the non - wake up is ensured. By using this novel solution to interrupt unpleasant intrusive thoughts and excessive and uncontrollable worry during the pre - sleep period, in small sample trials, the measurement precision of sleep onset from more than ten minutes to about 6 seconds, controlled unwanted thoughts efficiently during the transition from waking to sleeping, and reduced the sleep latency remarkably.
