摘要
针对传统离散小波变换图像融合算法在图像特征表达上存在的不足,采用具有近似平移不变性和方向选择性的双树复小波变换对多聚焦图像进行多分辨率分解与重构,并对高频子带应用基于局部相似性度量的加权平均与选择相结合的融合策略。通过对实验结果的主客观分析,证明该方法得到的融合图像效果较好,优于基于传统小波变换的算法和局部能量取大的算法。
The dual - tree complex wavelet transform with near shift - invariance and directionality, which is used in multi - focus image fusion, in order to solve the problem of poor feature representation with existing discrete wavelet transform. Multi-resolution representation of the source images is obtained and combined to form the result image. For the high - frequency subbands, a local similarity measure is computed, based on which the fusion rule is selected using either a weighted average or the coefficient with higher local energy. The experimental results are analyzed both subjectively and objectively. The proposed method proves to be superior than methods based on traditional wavelet transform and methods that only select coefficient with higher local energy.
