一种实用的开关磁阻电机控制器设计

摘要 为了满足大部分通用调速场合性能的要求,提出一套实用的开关磁阻电机控制器设计方案。控制器硬件采用微控制器与可编程逻辑器件结合的设计方法。其中,MCU采用51系列的8位混合信号微控制器,逻辑电路采用MAX7000系列的CPLD。软件设计采用C51语言与汇编语言相结合的方法。在此对一些关键的技术问题提出解决方案,包括上、下限电流斩波的软、硬件设计,角度控制的软件实现,位置信号的软件抗干扰设计等。测试结果表明,该控制器可满足设计要求,具备生产条件。 A design scheme for the controller based on fundamental theory and control strategy of the switched reluctance motor is introduced. In order to meet requirement for the universal variable - speed, low cost and massive application, the hardware designs are based on the MCU and CPLD method. The universal 8 - bits 51 series MCU and the MAXT000 series CPLD are selected. To meet the requirement for real- time and maintenance,C51 and assemble languages are used together to program the 51 MCU. The key problems including upper and lower current chopping,angle control by software,anti -jamming for the rotor position signal ere are solved. The results indicate that the advantages of SRD are very evident and can be put into production.
