中医情志护理对急性脑梗死患者心理状态的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medical psychological nursing on psychological state of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的通过研究中医情志护理对急性脑梗死患者心理状态的影响,改善患者的不良情绪。方法选择2006年8月—2007年5月在我院住院的急性脑梗死患者30例,应用中医辨证施护理论,采用中医情志相胜法对患者进行心理干预,于干预前、干预1周及干预3周后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定。结果干预1周后患者HAMD评分较干预前有所下降,干预3周后,HAMD评分有明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中医情志护理能明显改善患者的不良情绪,同时通过良好的人际沟通,能激发患者积极面对疾病,主动参与功能锻炼,对促进疾病康复有积极意义。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medical （TCM） psychological nursing on psychological state of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to alleviate their negative feelings. Methods Thirty patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2006 to May 2007 were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation with inter-restriction of emotions. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） was used to evaluate each patient before treatment, 1 week and 3 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, HAMD scores decreased in I week, and decreased more remark- ably in 3 weeks. With significant differences compared with pre-treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of TCM psychological nursing can significantly alleviate the patients＇ negative feelings. In the meantime, through good interpersonal communication it can encourage them to face disease, and actively participate in functional training, leading to recovery promotion.
