视神经脊髓炎1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，男，51岁，工人。因双下肢麻木、无力7d，左眼视力障碍4d入院。7d前无诱因出现右下肢麻木、痛温觉减退，后逐渐出现左下肢无力；4d前出现视物模糊。起病以后无发热、头痛、眩晕和意识障碍等症状。既往体健，无高血压和糖尿病病史，无酗酒史、无化学毒品接触史。查体：T36℃，P60次／min，BP114／76mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。心、肺、腹检查无异常。左眼球运动障碍，左眼初测视力明显下降，仪町数指；右眼视力基本正常，视野基本正常。双眼底检查：视乳头边界模糊，轻微隆起，血管硬化明显可见交叉压迫征，
