摘要
目的:研究小花远志的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、D101和Sephadex LH-20 等多种层析柱分离手段,运用NMR和MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从远志中分离并鉴定了4个酚酮化合物:telephenone A(1),telephenone B(2),telephenone D(3)和garcimangosone(4)。结论:化合物3为新的酚酮化合物,化合物1,2,4为首次从该植物中分离到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the whole plants of Polygala telephioides Willd.. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatography and the structure were determined through the analysis of spectroscopic data. RESULTS: Four compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as telephenone A (1), telephe- none B (2), telephenone D (3) and garcimangosone (4). CONCLUSION: Compound 3 is a new benzophenone C-glucoside com- pounds. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
