摘要
目的:研究乳香提取物的化学成分。方法:超临界萃取乳香有效部位,采用硅胶柱层析,制备薄层层析等色谱方法,分离乳香提取物的化学成分。采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法观察化合物3、4对肿瘤细胞的抑制增殖作用。结果:分离得到9个化合物,经波谱方法鉴定为西松烯A(1),verticilla-4(20),7,11-triene(2),11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸(3),3-羰基-甘遂烷-8,24-二烯-21-酸(4),花生酸(5),棕榈酸(6),硬脂酸(7),1,2-二羟基十九酮-3(8),单棕榈酸甘油酯(9)。结论:化合物7~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物3对Bel-7402细胞有抑制增值作用,化合物4对MCF-7,SMMC-7721,K562,Hela细胞有抑制增殖作用。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of Boswellia carterii Birdwood (Frankincense) METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silca-gel column chromatorgraphy and preparative TLC. The anti-tumor experiment in vitro, the MTT. was used to screen compounds 3, 4. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as cembrene A (1), verticilla-4(20),7,11-triene (2), acetyl-ll-keto-β- boswellic acid (3), 3-keto-tirucall-8,24-dien-21-oic acid (4), arachidic acid (5), palmic acid (6), stearic acid (7), 1,2-dihydroxynonadecone-3 (8) and glyceryl monopalmitate (9). CONCLUSION: Compounds 7-9 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 showed proliferation inhibition activity against Bel-7402, MCF-7, SMMC-7721, K562 and Hela.
