摘要
目的:研究圆锥石头花根中的化学成分。方法:用 75%乙醇回流提取,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-C18柱色谱法和制备液相色谱等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从圆锥石头花根中分离得到8个多糖三萜皂苷。结论:化合物1~8首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of Gypsophila paniculata L. METHODS: Compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-C18 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by ESI-MS, NMR, and acid hydrolysis. RESULTS: Eight known triterpenoid saponins (1-8) were isolated and elucidated. CONCLUSION: All triterpenoid saponins have been obtained from the roots of Gypsophila paniculata for the first time.
