摘要
我国《禁毒法》的正式生效贯穿了"以人为本"的思想。本文以德宏州为例探寻《禁毒法》背景下云南禁吸戒毒工作的现状,并对相关工作提出建议。
Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Narcotics Control comes into effect with ＂people oriented＂. This essay explores prohibition of drug - taking and drug rehabilitation of Yunnan under this law, brings forward relevant proposals.
