Survey on Public Security Organ's Harmonious Relationship with People in Yunnan Province

云南省公安机关2009年度构建和谐警民关系工作,以大走访、队伍教育整治、舆论引导、警察公共关系建设为主要内容,呈现出明显的阶段性特征,取得了群众观念普遍增强、群众工作方法进一步丰富、管理服务进一步优化、舆论引导体制机制进一步健全等成效;同时存在思想认识及工作载体、工作方法等方面的不足。进一步加强和改进构建和谐警民关系工作,应以深化社区和农村警务战略为基本载体,以深化大走访为基本方法,以加强队伍建设为根本保证,着力加强群众工作和舆论引导工作,重点突破,全面推进。

In 2009, public security organ made a great deal of effort to establish harmonious relationship with people, including extensive visit, team regulation, public opinion as guidance and establishment of police public relation that show advantages in different phases. This close relationship promotes policeg concern with people, enriches ways of getting along with the mass, optimizes management and service, and improves public opinion oriented system. At the same time, there are shortcomings in recognition and working ways. To improve this harmonious rela- tionship, public security organ should take deep strategies in communities and villages as basic carrier, extensive visit as basic means; strengthening team construction as basic guarantee, also put emphasis on the mass and public opinion oriented system, trying to make breakthrough and progress.
