老年人遗嘱笔迹具有老年人笔迹的一般特征,与摹仿笔迹有一定的相似之处,在鉴定的过程中若不加以认真分析,很容易将两者混淆,作出错误的结论。虽然两者具有相似性,但其形成机制不同,仍可以通过细致地观察分析并结合两者各自所独有的特征点来进行甄别。

Testament handwriting of the elderly has a lot in common with old peopleg general handwriting, such as bent, quaking and uneven strokes, which are similar to copied hand- writing. It is likely to confuse the authentic one with the copied one and draw a wrong judgement without careful identification. Despite the similarities, both of them still can be distinguished by observation and characteristics due to different formation mechanism.
