摘要
针对战时桥梁损毁抢修过程的随机性,采用随机网络方法对抢修过程进行分析与管理,探讨了GERT网络的解析法原理。针对实例,建立了战时桥梁毁损抢修的GERT网络模型,进行了求解,得出了抢修所需时间、关键路线等参数,并根据结果提出了缩短抢修时间的方法。
With the randomness of the rush-repair of bridges in wartime considered, the process of rush-repair is analyzed and managed in the paper with the GERT network, with the analytic calculation principle of GERT network explored. With practical examples aimed at,a GERT network model is established, and related parameters are worked out, such as the rush-repair time required and key routines, etc. , upon the basis of which suggestions on how to reduce rush-repair time are put forward.
