摘要
通过3种不同的表面活性剂对纳米TiO2进行了表面修饰,并制备了纳米TiO2/PET复合材料.使用透射电镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪、DSC差热分析方法研究了表面活性剂对纳米TiO2分散性和相溶性以及对PET复合材料的化学结构和热性能的影响.结果表明:钛酸丁酯修饰纳米粒子与PET相溶性较好;纳米TiO2表面在表面活性剂的影响下可能形成了Ti-OCOR键合,从而对纳米TiO2/PET复合材料热性能影响较大.
In this article, nano-particles TiO2 are first modified with different surfactant followed by the synthesis of nano-TiO2/PET composite. Through TEM, IR and DSC, the surface modification effect on structure and thermal behavior of nano-TiO2/PET composite is investigated. The test results exhibit that surfactant can prevent nano-particles from gathering in synthesis process of polyester, and simultaneously, the surfactants are chemically bonded on nano-TiO2 surface. It is found that nano-TiO2 modified by tetrabutyl titanate is well compatible with PET. The thermal properties significantly vary along with both the varying temperature of glass transition and crystallization.
