摘要 以苯丙乳液、钼酸盐、植酸、有机硅烷等为主要原料制备了无铬钝化膜。采用醋酸铅点滴加速腐蚀实验(ASS)、中性盐雾腐蚀实验(NSS)研究了钝化液的组成、反应温度、搅拌时间等因素对膜层耐蚀性的影响,得出较优制备条件为:300 mL.L-1的苯丙乳液,12 mL.L-1的植酸溶液,80 mL.L-1的有机硅烷,60 mL.L-1的复合盐溶液,反应温度为30℃,搅拌时间为3 h;所制得的无铬钝化膜性能稳定,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。 The chromium-free passivation membrane was prepared using the styrene-acrylate emulsion, molybdate, phytic acid, organosilane as main raw materials. The influential factors, such as composition of passivation solution, stirring time,reaction temperature, on corrosion resistance of chromium-free passivation membrane were discussed through NSS experiment and ASS experiment. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: styrene-acrylate emulsion concentration was 300 mL·L^-1, phytic acid concentration was 12 mL·L^-1 , organosilane concentration was 80 mL ·L^-1 , compound-salt solution concentration was 60 mL ·L^-1, reaction temperature was 30℃, stirring time was 3 h. The result showed that the chromium-free passivation membrane with perfect corrosion resistance was stable.
