摘要 利用实验测评和模拟分析的方法研究了螺旋线慢波系统中采用不同材料的管壳对其性能的影响。主要分析了蒙乃尔管壳、铜管壳和蒙乃尔内嵌铜管壳的应用,对螺旋线慢波系统的散热性能和高频特性的影响。研究表明,在蒙乃尔管壳内部嵌铜,即可以保证管壳的机械强度,又可以改善慢波系统的散热性能,并在低频段降低高频损耗。 We addressed the influence of the barrels, made of three different types of materials, on the thermal, electrical and mechanical characteristics of the helix traveling wave tube (TWT)with slow wave structure (SWS). The heat dissipation capabilities and high frequency characteristics of the SWS barrels made of three different materials-the Monel barrel, the copper barrel and the copper-embedded Monel barrel-were experimentally evaluated and theoretically simulated. The results show that the copper-embedded Monel barrel outperforms the other two types of barrels because of its higher mechanical strength, its better heat dissipation capability and its lower RF loss of the SWS.
