摘要
国际上对于发达国家技术转移动机的研究相对较少,很多对于技术转移动机的阐述都是在研究技术转移的模式、过程和影响的文章中用较少的篇幅进行说明,却没有很深入的实证分析研究。然而,研究发达国家对中国转让技术动机重要性是很明显的,深入了解转移的动机,我们则可以采取相应的措施,使得更多的外商向中国转移技术,更有针对性的引进先进技术。
Until now, not much research on motives of transferring technology in developed countries has been done. Among those existing, many research papers focused on mode, process and influence of technology transfer without deep case study. However, it is very important to study the developed countries＇motives of technology transfer to China so that proper measures can be taken to attract more advanced technology to be transferred to China.
