摘要
构建高效率、高水平的区域合并型高校管理干部队伍,是一项综合而又复杂的工程。根据问卷调查,针对某区域合并型高校管理工作的基本情况,管理干部队伍工作情况的状况分析,笔者认为只有转变观念,提高认识,科学管理,强化素质,才能使管理干部队伍在学校的发展中发挥应有的作用。
To enhance the development of the managerial staffin regio, universities is imperative. On the basis of a survey, and according to the analysis of the development conditions of the managerial staff in a university, it is suggested that only by changing ideas, improving cognition, scientific management and strengthening qualities, the managerial staff can play their due role in the development of the university.
