高校新校区变化过程的探讨与思考

On the Process of Changing of Campuses of Higher Education Institutions

上世纪90年代末我国实行扩招政策以来,各高校新校区如雨后春笋般发展,其速度之快、规模之大,是其他国家所不能及的。这为高校实现其职能提供了动力,但同时也出现了诸如如何高效的进行新老校区的管理和协调建设等相关问题。在纵观国外高校校区变化过程和调查国内高校新校区建设过程的基础上进行了概括分析,从而给正在新建校区和将要兴建新校区的高校一定的启示。

Since the university expansion plan in 1990s, new campuses quickly came into being. The pace and the scale of their development is so big that few countries can match. This provides colleges and universities with driving force to realize their functions, but at the same time, problems arise such as how to conduct an efficient coordination of the old and new campuses construction and management and other related problems. Analysis is made in this paper on the basis of the investigation on the changing of campuses in universities home and abroad, and hopefully, this will provide food for thought in the construction of new campuses.
