本文首先给出滞后广义系统解的稳定性的新概念，并建立了关于稳定与不稳定的判定定理；然后，讨论了一类n阶线性常系数滞后广义系统，得到了该类系统有关稳定与不稳定的一些结果．

This paper presents new definitions of stability of solutions to singular systems with delay,and establishes theorems on stability and instability, Then,as an example, this paper discusses a class of n-th order constant coefficient linear singular systems with delay,obtains some results of stability and unstability.
