工业废水为主的城镇污水A/O工艺运行性能研究

摘要 文章研究了A/O工艺处理以工业废水为主的城镇污水的运行性能。结果表明:3h的水解酸化池HRT及10h的曝气池HRT能够达到较理想的处理效果;两处理单元的污泥活性活性稳定。为了达到完全的达标排放,生物处理单元后需增加絮凝处理单元,HRT为2h;稳定运行过程中CODcr、SS、色度的总去除率达到90%左右,NH4+-N平均去除率达78%以上。出水平均值CODcr为47.7mg/L,SS为12.92mg/L,NH4+-N为4.38mg/L,完全达到了城市污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)。 The paper studies the performance of A/O technology in treating the urban sewage, especially the industrial wastewater. The findings indicate that the anoxic(3h)/oxic(10h) process was nice and the activity indexes of the two types of sludge were both very steady. The floccution sediment with 2h HRT is set to satisfy the discharge standards. During the steady running, the removal rate of chemistry oxygen demand, the suspended solid and chroma reached up to 90 percent, irrespectively, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was up to 78 percent, and the even concentration of COD, SS and NH4 + - N was 47.7mg/L,12.92mg/L and 4. 38mg/L respectively in the effluent, capable of satisfying the wastewater comprehensive discharge standards ( GB8978 - 1996).
