摘要
为了建设一条非油炸方便馄饨标准化、机械化生产线,针对传统的人工制皮、手工包馅、推车蒸煮、推车干燥和人工包装等劳动密集型加工方式,设计非油炸方便馄饨新生产工艺,制定产品的质量标准。同时,在此工艺基础上,选择新型生产设备,并详细地介绍真空和面机、馄饨皮机、馄饨成型机,以及干燥机等关键设备。
For the purpose of building a standardized, mechanized production line of non-fried instant hun-tun, the processing including the operation points of non-fried instant hun-tun was optimized on the basis of traditional labor-intensive processing methods. The new important equipment which consisted of vacuum dough kneading machine, mianpi-rolling machine, hun-tun forming machine and driers were chosen and summaried. The quality standarl of product was also formulated.
