摘要 实践性教学是食品专业本科教学的重要组成部分,对培养学生实践能力和创新能力,提高学生就业竞争力具有重要作用。针对目前食品专业实践教学中存在的一些实际问题,分析与探讨实验教学、生产实习、毕业实践、课外科技活动等,提出了改进思路和设想,以促进食品专业实践教学的进一步发展,增强学生的就业竞争力。 Practical teaching is an important component of the undergraduate teaching in food major. It plays an important role on cultivating students practice ability and innovative ability, and increase their employability and competitiveness. Focusing on some practical problems that exist in the current practice teaching in food major. This article put forward some ideas and visions to improve the current practice teaching from the aspects of the experimental teaching, production practice, graduation practice, and extra-curricular science and technology activities, etc. So as to promote the further development of practical teaching in food major, enhance the employment competitiveness of college students.
